MAINTENANCE BLITZ FOR KYNETON HIGH SCHOOL

Member for Macedon, Mary-Anne Thomas today announced Kyneton High School will benefit from a $920,982 investment for maintenance works.The school will share in $35.077 million from the Planned Maintenance Program (PMP), thanks to investment from the Labor Government.

Member for Macedon, Mary-Anne Thomas today announced applications for Round 10 of Get Active Kids Vouchers are now open, with more than 40,000 vouchers up for grabs.Eligible families can apply for up to $200 per child to help with memberships, registration fees, uniforms and equipment.

SAFE AND SECURE HOMES FOR WOMEN IN NEED

Member for Macedon, Mary-Anne Thomas today announced the completion of 14 homes for women at risk of or experiencing homelessness, including single mums, older women, and women escaping family violence.The new homes are providing safe places for women in Daylesford, Ballarat, Roxburgh Park, and Coburg.

NEW BATTERY TO CHARGE LOWER POWER BILLS

Member for Macedon, Mary-Anne Thomas announced Lancefield Neighbourhood House as the site of one of the new locations that will receive a battery as part of the 100 Neighbourhood Batteries Program. The Neighbourhood House will join the Trentham Mechanics as a site for the program, with the Mechanics community battery delivered last year.

Member for Macedon, Mary-Anne Thomas today announced that Hanging Rock Cricket Club will receive a grant which will strengthen and expand opportunities for people with disabilities on and off the field.The Regional All Abilities Participation Grants (RAAPG) provides funding of up to $25,000 to boost access, inclusion and participation.
