MORE BUSES FOR GROWING GISBORNE COMMUNITY

The Allan Labor Government is making it easier for Gisborne residents to get to school, work and shops, thanks to dozens of new bus services on popular local routes.‍Minister for Public and Active Transport Gabrielle Williams today announced 66 extra trips each week will be added to routes 73 and 74 from Sunday, 16 November – extending services until later in the afternoon on Saturdays and Sundays.‍

PARENTS TO SAVE MONEY ON STUDENTS’ DIGITAL DEVICES

The Allan Labor Government is easing cost-of-living pressures for families by removing the requirement for parents to provide digital devices for primary school students.Deputy Premier and Minister for Education Ben Carroll announced that parents at Victorian Government primary schools will no longer need to buy a device for their children – saving them more than $500 per student.
