Kyneton fire station will be significantly upgraded thanks to $250,000 in funding reaffirmed by the Andrews Labor Government today.

Member for Macedon, Mary-Anne Thomas, said the much needed upgrade will provide improved facilities for brigade members to continue their essential work.

“Our community relies on CFA firefighters, whose hard work we’re incredibly grateful for,” Ms Thomas said.

“This upgrade will help secure the future of Kyneton Fire station by providing firefighters with the facilities they need to keep our community safe”.

“The Andrews Labor Government is committed to supporting CFA members in Kyneton and across the region who do an incredible job in challenging circumstances,” Ms Thomas said.
